Marketing account Manager – Project Management, Web and Social Media Support

We’re building a new kind of agency and need a unique individual as a member of the team. This challenging position combines multiple disciplines in a growing and fast paced Digital and Brand Agency. Rapid skill development, flexibility and growth potential for a person who is ambitious and adaptable. Some marketing experience a plus, strong potential a must.

 
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manages projects and tasks for current accounts – will include: client contact, community management/strategic planning for social media, email marketing and mobile advertising planning: account management including billing, meeting reports, and budgeting.
  • Agency advocacy through Blogging, networking, social media. Develop speaking opportunities for partners. Develop white papers and implement content strategy.

  • Strong writing (speed and quality) skills
  • Able to handle people well
  • Focus on details and quality
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Strong sense of organization and initiative
  • Strong sense of urgency and ambition to have an impact on the business
  • Ability to determine new skill needs and to take initiative to rapidly develop skills

 
Required skills:

  • Capability to rapidly absorb information and train yourself
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other apps
  • PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced)
  • Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Word
  • Photoshop (beginner to intermediate)
  • Basic skills in HTML CSS
  • Analytics for websites and social media, dashboards and reports
  • Strong grounding in social media platforms, community development
  • Strong ability to work with data and its implications
  • Email marketing
  • Understanding of the core branding process
