We are proud to announce that The Interactive Media Awards™, which recognizes the highest standards of excellence in website design and development, chose Tempo Strategic’s website re-design for Hampshire Self Storage as the IMA ‘Best in Class’ with an overall score of 489 out of a possible 500.
This is TEMPO’s second IMA award for the agency, and the first “Best in Class.” The site won out over 84 other entries in the category of ‘Real Estate’. The honor recognizes that the project met and surpassed the standards of excellence that comprise the web’s most professional work. The self storage website was rated in five categories of achievement: Design, Content, Functionality, Usability and Compliance/Cross-Browser Compatibility.
As part of a larger brand marketing ecosystem, this website helped us significantly raise Hampshire’s awareness and lower their cost per lead. The website was mobilized so that it could be viewed in a compatible version on a computer or tablet/phone. We implemented SEO best practices across the site in order to increase Hampshire’s search engine rankings and raise their awareness and visibility. We then combined this effort with an off-site SEO campaign and a Pay Per Click campaign. The re-design also featured an online pay and reserve system where customers could reserve and pay for their unit. The site maximized brand appeal and functionality for the user and allowed Hampshire to prevail in the competitive self-storage category. In the first month after re-launch the new site increased call-in leads by 151% in comparison over the old design.
